Super quick apple rustic pie to absolutely die for!

Happy weekend friends! We're baking again... Here's a new recipe I tried out today for snack and dessert. It's very simple, easy and quick, since I'm pretty much a lazy girl on an everyday basis. Make sure to tag me on instagram or leave me a comment if you guys tried it too.
Anyways, I'll leave you there with the whole recipe.


- pastry dough
- 3 large apples
- 1 tbs of cinnamon
- 2 tbs of coconut / almond flour
- 4 tbs of cane sugar
- 1 tbs of vanilla extract
- 1 tbs of milk

How to make it:

Place your store-bought dough onto a baking tray. Cut your apples in slices and pour them in a mixing bowl, add the flour, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Mix the fruit prep. Put the mixture at the center of the dough leaving about 3-4 inches from the borders. Take the crust borders and twist em in. Glaze the crust with some milk and sprinkle some sugar to caramelize. Let it bake for about 35 to 40 min in a preheated 180°C oven until flaky and golden brown.
