Super quick apple rustic pie to absolutely die for !

Happy weekend friends ! We're baking again... Here's a new recipe I tried out today for snack and dessert. It's very simple, easy and quick, since I'm pretty much a lazy girl on an everyday basis. Make sure to tag me on instagram or leave me a comment if you guys tried it too.
Anyways, I'll leave you there with the whole recipe.


- pastry dough
- 3 large apples
- 1 tbs of cinnamon
- 2 tbs of coconut / almond flour
- 4 tbs of cane sugar
- 1 tbs of vanilla extract
- 1 tbs of milk

How to make it:

Place your store-bought dough onto a baking tray. Cut your apples in slices and pour them in a mixing bowl, add the flour, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Mix the fruit prep. Put the mixture at the center of the dough leaving about 3-4 inches from the borders. Take the crust borders and twist em in. Glaze the crust with some milk and sprinkle some sugar to caramelize. Let it bake for about 35-40 min in a preheated 180°C oven until flaky and golden brown.
