HOW TO TREAT YOURSELF DURING FALL - EASY CRUMBLE RECIPE


Greetings from my sofa folks ! 
It's officially fall here and comfort food are finally coming back. Today's kind of a lazy at home day. I was supposed to work all day long on my school tasks for the upcoming week but since I had a bad night because of thinking and thinking again on how will I be up in time for school papers, I wanted to take a little bit of time for myself and maybe bake for the afternoon snack. It's literally 15 min past since I've put my crumble out of the oven and all is already gone !


Ingredients (for 3 servings):
- 2 to 3 apples
- 80 g of butter
- 100 g of flour
- cinnamon (as your liking)
- 50 g of brown sugar


Recipe:
- pre-heat your oven at 200°C
- cut your fruits in little cubes
- in a bowl, mix the flour with the soft butter
- add the cinnamon and the sugar to the preparation
- pour the fruits in your baking dish and add the crumble on top
- let it bake for about 30 min until golden brown


If you want to make it extra sweet, eat the crumble with vanilla ice cream. I prefer mine just plain.
